RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AN EASEMENT FOR THE TEXAS
ELECTRIC SERVICE COMPANY TO PROVIDE ELECTRICAL
SERVICE TO THE EXPANDED CYPRESS STREET WATER
TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls is expanding the Water Treatment
Plant at the Cypress Street location and will require an extension of electrical
lines to provide service to the new facility;
WHEREAS, the Design Engineer for the expansion project has specified
the location of the extended line; and,
WHEREAS, the Texas Electric Service Company requires an easement
across City land in order to provide the line extension and requisite electrical
service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The said easement, which the City Council has examined, is hereby
approved and the City Manager is authorized to execute such easement for the City.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 16TH DAY OF JULY, 1985.
