RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PAVING
OF AN UNNAMED ALLEY WEST OF THE HIGHLANDER AND SANTA
FE APARTMENTS AND DIRECTING STAFF TO PREPARE PRELIMINARY
CONSTRUCTION COST ESTIMATES
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has passed Ordinance No.60-85
authorizing the paving of alleys throughout the City; and,
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from the property owners
adjacent to the alley west of the Highlander and Santa Fe Apartments, requesting
said alley be paved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such petition is hereby accepted, and a public hearing date is
established for 8:30 AM central daylight savings time on July 16, 1985.
