RESOLUTION NO. /141- 8
RESOLUTION GRANTING A CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CON-
VENIENCE AND NECESSITY TO CLAUDIO RAMIREZ, SR. ,
FOR OPERATION OF TAXICAB SERVICE IN WICHITA FALLS.
WHEREAS, Claudio Ramirez , Sr. , has filed an application for
a certificate of public convenience and necessity for the operation
of a taxicab service in the City of Wichita Falls; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the public convenience
and necessity requires the operation of such taxicab, that such
applicant is fit to conduct such business , the automobile is fit
and safe for the transportation of passengers .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
A certificate of public convenience and necessity for the
operation of such taxicab is hereby issued and granted to Claudio
Ramirez , Sr. , subject to the ordinances of the City.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 18th day of June , 1985.
