RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF JIMMIE FOSTER, D/B/A
J . FOSTER LANDSCAPES, FOR CONSTRUCTION OF EAST-
SIDE IRRIGATION SYSTEM AND LANDSCAPING AND SEEDING
OF MAPLEWOOD BOULEVARD .
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Eastside irrigation system and land-
scaping and for the seeding of Maplewood Boulevard; and,
WHEREAS, three bids were received, and Jimmie Foster, d/b/a
J. Foster Landscapes, who bid $48 , 321. 90, is the lowest responsible
bidder .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such bid of Jimmie Foster, d/b/a J . Foster Landscapes, is
hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a
contract with such contractor for this project .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 4th day of June, 1985 .
