RESOLUTION REJECTING BIDS FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION
OF PAWHUSKA AND MINNETASKA STREETS
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls had advertised for bids
for the reconstruction of the Pawhuska and Minnetaska Streets:
WHEREAS, three bids were received, and it was found that the
bids substantially exceeded the City's estimate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bids are hereby rejected, and the City Manager is
authorized to advertise again for the construction of such improvements.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 4TH DAY OF JUNE, 1985.
