RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION
OF THE SCOTTSDALE DRAINAGE CHANNEL
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls had advertised for bids for
the reconstruction of the Scottsdale Drainage Channel:
WHEREAS, four bids were received, and it is found that the bid
of Ralph Garza Construction Company, Wichita Falls, Texas, in the amount
of $73,510.42 is the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of Ralph Garza Construction Company in the amount of
73,510.42 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to
execute a contract with Ralph Garza Construction Company for the Construction
of such improvement.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 21ST DAY OF MAY , 1985.
