RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT WORK AND MAKE FINAL PAYMENT
FOR PUMP REPLACEMENT IN THE WASH WATER RECOVERY
WELL AT THE CYPRESS STREET WATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls contracted with Control
Specialists, Inc. , of Roanoke, Texas, for the installation of new pumps
and for other miscellaneous site work at the recovery well of the Cypress
Street Water Treatment Plant; and,
WHEREAS, the work has been accomplished in accordance with the
plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The work performed by Control Specialists, Inc. , of Roanoke, Texas,
is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to make a final payment
of $3,300.00 to the contracting firm.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 23RD DAY OF APRIL, 1985.
