RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2509 TO
PROVIDE CHARGE FOR REGISTRATION, ENTRY FEES
AND/OR DONATIONS IN LIEU THEREOF COLLECTED
IN PARKS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS,
THAT:
The first Paragraph 1 in the rate schedule attached to Resolution No. 2509,
which now reads, "All admission tickets - ten percent of gross sales," is
hereby amended to read, "All admission, registration, entry fees and/or
donations in lieu thereof collected in the park - ten percent of the gross. "
Passed and approved this the 5th day of March, 1985.
