RESOLUTION AMENDING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR
LAKE ARROWHEAD TO PROVIDE FOR ANNUAL CHARGE TO
LOT LESSEES TO FUND ROADWAY REPAIRS AND REFUSE
COLLECTION; SETTING AMOUNT OF ANNUAL CHARGE FOR
PERIOD FROM JUNE 1, 1985 , TO JUNE 1 , 1986 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Rules and Regulations for Lake Arrowhead,
adopted by Resolution No. 718 , are hereby amended by adding a
new section at the end of such Rules and Regulations, which shall
read as follows:
ANNUAL CHARGE FOR ROADWAY REPAIRS
AND REFUSE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL
Because of the fact that the public health, safety and
welfare of City lake lot lessees require that safe roadways be
provided for their travel, and that refuse collection and disposal
be available for their lots, the lessee of each lake lot shall be
charged each year a sum set by the City Council to be applied to
the cost to the City of providing Lake Arrowhead roadway repairs
and the cost of providing refuse collection and disposal service
for Lake Arrowhead City lake lots; such charges shall be paid by
the lessees each year in advance at the same time their lot rentals
are paid. "
SECTION 2 . The amount of such annual charge for each City
lake lot lease for the period from June 1, 1985 , to June 1, 1986 ,
is hereby established at $200 . 00 (being $100 . 00 for roadway repair
and $100 .00 for refuse collection and disposal) .
