RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER ##1
STORM SEWER AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT # 83-2
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Zack Burkett Company as
contractor, entered into a contract March, 1983, wherein said contractor agreed
to construct the street and storm sewer improvements; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for extra construction for an additional
27,071.00 increasing the original contract value of $535,455.40 to $562,526.40
has been submitted and recommended by the Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $27,071.00be added for extra
construction is approved and the City Manager is authorized to execute Change
Order No. 1 for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 19TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1985.
