RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO
C. D. GRAHAM CONSTRUCTION CO. AND
ACCEPTING ADDITIONS AND ALTERATIONS TO
THE RED DOOR SENIOR CITIZENS' CENTER
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and C. D. Graham Construction Co.
entered into a contract dated June 5, 1984 for additions and alterations to
the Red Door Senior Citizens ' Center; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order #1 to such contract in the amount of $1 ,585.50 was
approved and executed on July 17, 1984; and,
WHEREAS, additions and alterations to the Red Door Senior Citizens'
Center have been completed in accordance with plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, THAT:
Additions and alterations to the Red Door Senior Citizens ' Center are
hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized to pay the contractor
16,714.40.
