RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CONSULTING ENGINEERING
CONTRACT FOR REPAIRS ON LAKE ARROWHEAD DAM
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to have certain
repairs accomplished on the rip-rap at the Lake Arrowhead dam;
WHEREAS, the City requires the services of a consulting engineer firm
to examine the work and design the necessary repairs;
WHEREAS, the firm of Biggs & Mathews is acceptable for this purpose;
and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed contract for the required
engineering services.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The proposed engineering contract with the firm of Biggs & Mathews,
Inc. is approved for an amount of $21 ,500.00, and the City Manager is authorized
to execute the said contract for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 5TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1985.
