RESOLUTION REVOKING APPOINTMENT OF FOUR DIRECTORS
OF THE NORTH TEXAS HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION,
AND MAKING ONE APPOINTMENT.
WHEREAS , the North Texas Housing Finance Corporation was
created on January 12, 1983 ; the Articles of Incorporation provided
that the initial Board of Directors shall be composed of fourteen
14) members, four of whom were appointed by the City Council of
the City of Wichita Falls ; these four were Gary D. Cook, Howard
Morris, Dane Bennett and Henry P. Hodge, all of whose terms expired
December 31, 1984 ; and,
WHEREAS , by Resolution No. 247-84 , the City Council appointed
Gary D. Cook, James Berzina, Bill Palmer and Henry P . Hodge, Jr. ,
as Directors of such corporation for terms beginning January 1, 1985 ,
and expiring December 31, 1986; and,
WHEREAS, the Articles of Incorporation state that the board
shall not exceed fourteen (14) members; since Holliday, Quanah
and Wilbarger County have become sponsoring units, and the articles
state that each such unit shall be entitled to one Director , there
are fourteen (14) units , and Wichita Falls can have only one
Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT :
The appointments made by the City C uQnc . l in Resolution 247-84 ,
are hereby revoked, and

hereby appointed as Director of the North Texas Housing Finance
Corporation, for a term beginn ng January 1, 1985 , and expiring
December 31, 1986 .
