RESOLUTION AWARDING BID ON THE KINGSTON-JAMAICA
DRAINAGE PROJECT, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
84-4
WHEREAS, the City has heretofore advertised for bids for the construction
of the Kingston-Jamaica Drainage Project, Capital Improvements Program 84-4; and
WHEREAS, the bid of the Duke Concrete Construction Company in the amount
of $426,319.20 was the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Duke Concrete Construction Company in the amount of $426,319.20
is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with
the Duke Concrete Construction Company for the construction of the Kingston-Jamaica
Drainage Project, Capital Improvements Program 84-4.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 15TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1985.
