RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION OF A
MEDICAL GAS STORAGE FACILITY FOR THE HEALTH
DEPARTMENT AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT TO
GILBRETH-CALHOUN COMPANY.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls contracted with the Gilbreth-Calhoun
Company for construction of a medical gas storage facility at the Health
Department;
WHEREAS, the work has been completed and City personnel have determined
that the work is acceptable;
WHEREAS, the contractor has been previously paid $15,960.91 of a total
contract price of $17,734.34;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The construction work performed on the medical gas storage facility is
accepted. The City Manager is authorized to make the final payment of
1 ,773.43 to the Gilbreth-Calhoun Company.
