RESOLUTION AWARDING BID ON THE WILLIAM PARK
ROAD EXTENSION TO THE TIMMINS & ANDERSON
CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the City has heretofor advertised for bids for the extension
of the Williams Park Road Project; and
WHEREAS, the bid of the Timmins & Anderson Corporation in the amount
of $41,489.50 was the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Timmins & Anderson Corporation in the amount of $41,489.50
is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract
with the Timmins & Anderson Corporation for the construction of the extension
of the Williams Park Road.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 2ND DAY OF JANUARY, 1985.
