RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH
TEXAS ELECTRIC SERVICE COMPANY ADJACENT
TO LOT 4, BLOCK 2 MIDWESTERN PARK, UNIT TWO
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain easement agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto, granting
to Texas Electric Service Company an easement for underground electric
distribution system on an parcel of land described in the attached easement,
is hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute the
same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 2nd day of January, 1985.
