AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE II OF
CHAPTER 4 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 4-17, Article II of Chapter 4 of the Code of Ordinances is hereby
amended by adding paragraph (e) , which shall read as follows:
"(e) Beginning at a point of intersection of the north right-of-way line
of 5th Street, and the west right-of-way line of Bluff Street, said point
being the southeast corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence south 56° 00' west 526.34 feet along said north right-of-way line
of 5th Street to its point of intersection with the east right-of-way
line of Broad Street, for the southwest corner of this tract;
Thence north 34° 00' west 589.92 feet along said east right-of-way line
of Broad Street to a point of intersection with the south line of a 25
foot wide alley for the northwest corner of this tract;
Thence north 55° 47' 45" east 524.69 feet along said south line of a
25 foot wide alley to its point of intersection with the west right-of-way
line of said Bluff Street for the northeast corner of this tract;
Thence south 34° 09' 35" east 591.80 feet along said west right-of-way
line of Bluff Street to the place of beginning;
Said description also known as Lot 1A, Block 240A, Bean and Stone
Subdivision of the City of Wichita Falls."
