AN ORDINANCE WAIVING CERTAIN MINIMUM BUILDING SETBACK
REQUIREMENTS ON A PROPOSED REPLAT OF LOTS 4-8, BLOCK
102, FLORAL HEIGHTS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
finds that the circumstances involved in the situation of Lots 4-8, Block 102,
Floral Heights Addition are exceptional, and deems it advisable and in the public
interest to waive certain minimum building setback requirements hereinafter
described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 9(L) (6) (c) of Ordinance No. 2118, Comprehensive
Subdivision Ordinance, requiring that a non-residential lot shall have minimum
building setback lines of twenty-five (25) feet, is hereby waived for Lots 4-8
of a proposed replat of Lots 4-8, Block 102, Floral Heights Addition, Wichita
Falls, Texas along Buchanan Street.
SECTION 2. The minimum building setback lines for the area described
in Section 1 are hereby established at six (6) feet along Buchanan Street for
a proposed replat of Lots 4-8, Block 102, Floral Heights Addition, Wichita Falls,
Texas.
