AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE
FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUND TO ACCOUNT NUMBERS
LISTED BELOW, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the Federal Revenue
Sharing Fund the sum of $51,000.00 which shall be placed in the following
Account Numbers:
1. 93-960-5450 22,400
2. 93-960-4425 12,600
3. 93-960-4489 10,000
4. 93-960-4440 6,000

SECTION 2. The fact that this amount will be due and that it is
essential for the immediate use of the City of Wichita Falls creates an
emergency, therefore the ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its
passage. _
