ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE
GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND FUND TO
ACCOUNT NUMBERS LISTED BELOW, AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the General
Obligation Bond Fund the sum of $ 50,000.00 , which
shall be placed in the following Account numbers:

SECTION 2 . The fact that this amount will be due and that it is
