RESOLUTION NO. /9t -4/
RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR LANDSCAPING
AND IRRIGATION SYSTEM AT CYPRESS WATER
PURIFICATION PLANT.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the procurement of 50 trees and 36 shrubs , and the installa-
tion of an automatic irrigation system at the Cypress Water
Purification plant; and,
WHEREAS, nine bids were received, and it is found that
the bid of Smith' s Gardentown in the amount of $15 ,431. 00 is
the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of Smith' s Gardentown in the amount of $15,431. 00
is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute
a contract with Smith' s Gardentown for such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 2nd day of December, 1986 .
