RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR PHASE I, CYPRESS
TREATMENT PLANT RENOVATION (CONTRACT E)
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for renovation
of the Cypress Street Water Treatment Plant, which bids were to be made on a lump
sum basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Haggerty Plumbing
Company who bid lump sum prices with a total of $600,852.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such lump sum bid of Haggerty Plumbing Company with a total of $600,852.00
is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the
City with said contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED ON THIS THE 2ND DAY OF DECEMBER, 1986.
