RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NUMBER 8
TO THE WICHITA FALLS WATERFALL CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, contracted
with Bowles Construction Company for the construction of the
Wichita Falls Waterfall, and;
WHEREAS, certain changes were thought desirable to
facilitate operation of the Waterfall under adverse conditions,
said changes being incorporated into Change Order Number 8.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order Number 8 for the referenced project is
approved in the amount of Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-
One Dollars and No Cents ($17,861. 00) .
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 18TH DAY OF NOVEMBER,
1986.
