RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CONTRACT WITH UTILITY RATE
CONSULTANT TO PERFORM A WATER COST OF SERVICE AND
RATE STUDY FOR WHOLESALE TREATED WATER CUSTOMERS
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to conduct a cost of service
and rate study to establish appropriate rates for wholesale customers who purchase
treated water;
WHEREAS, the utility rate consulting firm of. Willis, Graves & Associates,
Inc. of Austin, Texas, has agreed to conduct the study and is acceptable to the
City of Wichita Falls; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed contract with the consulting
firm for the stated cost of service and rate study.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract with Willis, Graves & Associates, Inc. of Austin, Texas,
is hereby approved with a maximum cost of $8,320.00, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute said contract.
