RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
FROM THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH.
WHEREAS, the annual contract between the Texas
Department of Health and the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
represented by TDH Doc . No . C7000568 and attachments nos.
1-6, represents no essential changes from the previous
contract ; and
WHEREAS, the Documents have been approved by the Texas
Department of Health and the City Manager , Jim Berzina;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
The Contract Documents be accepted .
