RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS AND THE COMMUNITY
ACTION CORPORATION OF WICHITA FALLS AND
NORTH TEXAS AREA TO LEASE THE PROPERTY
AT 602 BROAD STREET TO CAC.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to enter into an agreement with
the Community Action Corporation of Wichita Falls and North Texas Area to lease
the property at 602 Broad Street to CAC.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS,
THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to enter into an agreement between the City
of Wichita Falls and the Community Action Corporation of Wichita Falls and North
Texas Area, whereby the City leases the property at 602 Broad Street to CAC.
