Res 170-86 10/21/1986RESOLUTION NO. /7,0 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO MAKE FINAL PAYMENT ON CONTRACT WITH C. D. GRAHAM CONSTRUCTION CO. FOR THE RENOVATION OF THE:,MUNICIPAL AIRPORT TERMINAL BUILDING. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, that; WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and C. D. Graham Construction Co. entered into a contract May 13, 1986 for renovation of the Terminal Building at Municipal Airport; and, WHEREAS, the construction is complete; and, WHEREAS, the balance owed is $18,438.70. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, that: The project is accepted and the City Manager is authorized to make final payment to the contractor in the amount of $18,438.70.
