RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF WILLIAMS DWYER
COMPANY FOR EXCESS WORKERS' COMPENSATION
INSURANCE.
WHEREAS, the City has advertised for bids for Excess Workers'
Compensation Insurance; and,
WHEREAS, only two bids were received, both from Williams
Dwyer Company; and,
WHEREAS, the bid of Williams Dwyer Company for an Aetna
policy providing 20 million dollars in coverage for Workers'
Compensation and one million dollars coverage for Employer' s
Liability with a $500,000 self-insured retention for an annual
premium of $16 , 039 . 00 , is the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Williams Dwyer Company for the Aetna policy
providing 20 million dollars in coverage for Workers' Compensa-
tion and one million dollars coverage for Employer' s Liability
with a $500 , 000 self-insured retention for an annual premium
of $16 , 039 . 00 is hereby accepted.
