RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF RUTLEDGE PLUMBING
CO. FOR CONSTRUCTION OF LAWN SPRINKLER SYSTEM
AT THE LOG CABIN IN LUCY PARK.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for
bids for the construction of the lawn sprinkler system at
the Log Cabin at Lucy Park ; and
WHEREAS, eight bids were received , and it is found that
Rutledge Plumbing Co . , who bid $8,970.00 is the lowest re-
sponsible bidder .
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
Such bid of Rutledge Plumbing Co . in the amount of
8,970.00 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with scid
contractor .
