RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
WITH AETNA LIFE AND CASUALTY FOR
EMPLOYEE LIFE INSURANCE PROGRAMS
WHEREAS, the City has solicited and received bids for the
provision of employee life insurance programs; and
WHEREAS, the bid submitted by Aetna Life and Casualty is the
lowest responsible bid; and
WHEREAS, accepting this bid is in the best interest of the
City of Wichita Falls
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract
with Aetna Life and Casualty for provision of employee life
insurance programs.
