RESOLUTION NO. /540
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF BEAVER CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE LANDFILL SOIL
LINER PROJECT II
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for
the construction of the Landfill Soil Liner Project II, which bids were
to be made on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Beaver
Construction Company, who bid unit prices with an estimated total of
413,889.45.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OFTHE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Beaver Construction Company with an esti-
mated total of $413,889.45 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said contractor for the
construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 7TH DA OF OCTOBER, 1986.
