RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS FOR CERTAIN
PARCELS OF EXCESS REAL PROPERTY AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF DEEDS.
WHEREAS, the following parcels of real property located
in Wichita County have been identified as excess and have been
advertised to the public by sealed bids:
Parcel No. 1
708 Lobban Lane
A 67 ' x 180 ' tract out of Block 4U of
the J. L. Powell Subdivision of the
John Goodwin Survey, Abstract 83 ,
Wichita County, Texas, and more parti-
cularly described in a deed recorded in
Volume 778, Page 625 of the Wichita
County Deed Records.
Parcel No. 2
1209 Smith Street
Two acres, more or less, out of a 26 . 26
acre tract out of the Northwest corner
of Block 4 of the J. A. Scott Survey 12 ,
Abstract 296 and being a strip of land
80 feet wide off of the south side of
said 26 . 26 acres.
Parcel No. 3
2510 & 2512 Harding
All of Lots 16 and 17, Block 1 of the
J. M. Ware Addition.
Parcel No. 4

WHEREAS, the highest bids received for the above described
properties were from the following persons:

Parcel No. 3 Claud Robertson 1,287 . 00
Parcel No. 4 Cage Const. & Mgt. Co. , Inc. $ 500. 00
Parcel No. 5 Cage Const. & Mgt. Co. , Inc. $ 500. 00
Parcel No. 6 Dr. C. B. Fuller 661. 59
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOVLED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The above bids of H. D. Lindsey for Parcel #1; Cage
Construction and Management Co. , Inc. for Parcels #2, #4 , and
5; Claud Robertson for Parcel #3; and Dr. C. B. Fuller for
Parcel #6 are hereby accepted.
The Mayor is hereby authorized to join with the officers
of the other taxing entities in executing the deeds for these
properties, as all were acquired through delinquent tax suits.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of October, 1986.
