RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ACCEPT DISCOUNTED MEDICAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN BETHANIA REGIONAL HEALTH
CARE CENTER AND THE EMPLOYEE BENEFIT TRUST
FUND OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS
WHEREAS, the Employee Benefit Trust Fund of the City ofY
Wichita Falls, Texas wishes to enter into an agreement with
Bethania Regional Health Care Center for discounted medical
services for the general good of the City of Wichita Falls
organization, the employees and their dependants; and,
WHEREAS, after careful consideration it has been determined
that Bethania Regional Health Care Center can provide discounted
services for hospital in-patient services, out-patient services,
home health care and rehabilitation services; and,
WHEREAS, a discount on hospital in-patient services, out-
patient services, home health care and rehabilitation services in
the amount twelve (12) percent at the time of the bills are
submitted to the Trust. Trust agrees to pay all bills within
fourteen (14) days from billing date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute an agreement for
these discounted services at BETHANIA REGIONAL HEALTH C• 'E CENTER
and the EMPLOYEE BENEFIT TRUST FUND OF THE CITY OF WIC'' , A FA LS.
