RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NUMBERS 1 THROUGH
6 TO THE WICHITA FALLS WATERFALL CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, contracted with Bowles
Construction Company for the construction of the Wichita Falls Waterfalls,
and;
WHEREAS, certain changes were required in the plans to facilitate
construction of the project, said changes being specified in Change Order
numbers 1 through 6.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order numbers 1 through 6 for the referenced project in
the total amount of fifteen thousand three hundred thirty eight dollars and
sixty seven cents ($15,338.67) are approved.
