RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE HAMILTON PARK
HANDICAP AND FITNESS AREA PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls had advertised for bids for
construction of the Hamilton Park Handicap and Fitness Area Project.
WHEREAS, six bids were received, and it is found that the bid of
R. Garza Construction of Wichita Falls, Texas, in the amount of $14,477.50
is the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of R. Garza Construction, in the amount of $14,477.50
is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract
with R. Garza Construction for the Hamilton Park Handicap and Fitness Area
Project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 16TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1986.
