AWARD OF BID FOR PARKS MAINTENANCE BUILDING
EXTENSIONS.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the fabrication and installation of pre-fabricated metal
building extensions to the Park Maintenance buildings on Van
Buren and at Kiwanis Park; and,
WHEREAS, six bids were received, and Madden Portable Buildings,
who bid $22, 680 . 00 , is the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such bid of Madden Portable Buildings in the amount of
22, 680 . 00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract for the City with Madden Portable Buildings
for the fabrication and installation of such building extensions.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 16th day of September, 1986 .
