RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF
FINANCE TO TRANSFER A SUFFICIENT AMOUNT
FROM THE GENERAL FUND'S AIRPORT OPERAT-
ING SUBSIDY TO ALLOW ADDITIONAL FUNDS
FOR LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS AT THE
AIRPORT DURING FY1986-87
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has expended substantial resources over
the past several years to upgrade the interior and exterior appearance of the
Municipal Airport Terminal ; and
WHEREAS, this facility has become a credit to the City of Wichita Falls;
and
WHEREAS, improvements are required to upgrade the facility's landscaping;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to transfer to the Airport
Fund any additional funds remaining in the amount set aside for subsidizing
the operations of the Airport which are not required for that purpose. The
total additional amount to be transferred shall not exceed $31 ,000 plus any
remaining commitments for terminal building renovations.
