A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL STATEMENT
OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES AND
PROJECTED USE OF FUNDS FOR THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM, UNDER
TITLE I OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOP-
MENT ACT OF 1974, AS AMENDED
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
A Final Statement of Community Development Objectives and
Projected Use of Funds, under Title I of Housing and Community
Development Act of 1974, as amended, for Community Development
Block Grant Funds is hereby approved, and the City Manager is
authorized to file the Statement for such grant with the
Department of Housing and Urban Development. The City Manager is
further authorized to execute any necessary documents requested
to carry out and complete such grant. The Statement shall
include OMB Standard Form 424, certifications as required by HUD,
this resolution, a project description, and the City's Housing
Assistance Plan.
