RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT 1985 CDBG SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE CITY MANAGER
TO MAKE FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has a contract with Bowles
Construction Company for certain sanitary sewer improvements using 1985
CDBG funds;
WHEREAS, the project has been completed and the city staff has inspected
the work and found it acceptable; and,
WHEREAS, the contractor has submitted a final invoice of $18,999.20.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Council hereby accepts the 1985 CDBG Sanitary Sewer Improvement
Project, and the City Manager is authorized to make a final payment of $18,999.20
to the contractor, Bowles Construction Company.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 16TH DAY OF SEP EMBER, 1986.
