RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF OPEX, INC. FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE 1986 CDBG UTILITY
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the 1986 CDBG Utility Improvements
Project, which bids were to be made on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder
is Opex, Inc. , who bid unit prices with an estimated total of
299, 731. 00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Opex, Inc. with an estimated total
of $299 , 731. 00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said contractor
for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 16th day of Septem•er, 1986.
