RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 TO
CONTRACT D, CYPRESS STREET WATER TREATMENT
PLANT EXPANSION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has a contract with Cajun
Contractors and Engineers, Inc. , for Contract D of the Cypress Street Water
Treatment Plant Expansion Project;
WHEREAS, there is a requirement for certain additional work to be
accomplished beyond that specified in the basic contract; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined the work requirements stated in
Change Order NO. 4.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order No. 4 to Contract D of the Cypress Street Water Treatment
Plant Expansion Project is hereby approved in the amount of $4,395.00, bringing
the contract total including this and previous change orders to $3,310,302.95.
The City Manager is authorized to execute Change Order No. 4.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 2ND DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1986.
