RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AN EASEMENT FOR TEXAS ELECTRIC
SERVICE COMPANY AT THE WATERFALLS SITE
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls is constructing the Wichita Falls
Waterfalls Project, said project requiring electric service; and
WHEREAS, to provide this service in a manner commensurate with the
desired esthetic appeal of the area an underground service is desirable; and
WHEREAS, the Council has examined the required distribution easement
and right of way to be granted to Texas Electric Service Company;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The proposed distribution easement is approved and the City Manager
is authorized to approve same.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 2ND DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1986.
