RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR
THE KINGSTON-JAMAICA DRAINAGE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Duke Construction Company as
contractor, entered into a contract March 28, 1986, wherein said contractor
agreed to construct the Kingston-Jamaica Drainage Project; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the reconstruction of the vertical
walls to 1 :V to 1 :H of the channel between Nursery and Florist Street;
WHEREAS, this would be an additional $39,000.00 increasing the final
contract value of $399,506.73 to $438,506.73.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $39,000.00 would be added for extra
construction and 60 working days be approved and the City Manager is authorized
to execute Change Order No. 1 for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 19TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1986.
