RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR THE WILEY ROAD
REHABILITATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has constructed and maintains
Wiley Road as an intricate part of its sanitation function; and,
WHEREAS, said road is in need of maintenance for which the City
has advertised and received bids; and,
WHEREAS, Timmons-Anderson Corp. submitted the lowest responsible
bid in the amount of $191,010.00; and,
WHEREAS, said bid may be legally increased up to 25% by the
City Council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS THAT:
This project is awarded to Timmons-Anderson Corp. in the amount of
238,700.00, and the City Manager, is authorized to execute a contract for the
work.
PAST AND APPROVED THIS 19TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1986.
