RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR 1986 BUDGET
UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND 1986 RADY
WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for
the 1986 Utility Improvement Project and the 1986 Rady Water Improvement Project;
and,
WHEREAS, the Council has considered all of the bids received and has
determined the lowest responsible bid to be that of Opex, Inc. , of Olney, Texas,
in the amount of $417,556.10.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for the 1986 Utility Improvement Project and the 1986 Rady
Water Improvement Project is hereby awarded to Opex, Inc. , of Olney, Texas, in
the amount of $417,556.10, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract
for the work.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 5TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1986.
