RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT OF LONE
STAR GAS COMPANY'S COSTS FOR THE RELOCATION
OF A NATURAL GAS DISTRIBUTION PIPELINE
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Lone Star Gas Company Dis-
tribution Division find it necessary to lower this natural gas line across
Holliday Creek;
WHEREAS, such project will be constructed according to Lone Star
Gas Company's specifications; and,
WHEREAS, such project has been estimated to cost X36,000.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The construction of such project is hereby approved by the City
Council of the City of Wichita Falls, and the City Manager is authorized to
reimburse Lone Star Gas Company's Distribution Division for the amount due
as set forth above.
