RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT OF LONE
STAR GAS COMPANY'S COSTS FOR THE RELOCATION
OF TWO NATURAL GAS TRANSMISSION PIPELINES
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Lone Star Gas Company Trans-
mission Division find it necessary to lower two natural gas lines across Hol-
liday Creek;
WHEREAS, such project will be constructed according to Lone Star Gas
Company's specifications; and,
WHEREAS, such project has been estimated to cost V?_92,894.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The construction of such project is hereby approved by the City
Council of the City of Wichita Falls, and the City Manager is authorized to reimburse
Lone Star Gas Company's Transmission Division for the amount due as set forth
above.
