RESOLUTION NO. 110-86
A RESOLUTION CALLING PUBLIC HEARINGS ON AN ANNEXATION PROCEEDING
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Public hearings shall be held on the 10th day of
September 1986, before the Wichita Falls Planning and Zoning
Commission, and on the 16th day of September, 1986 before the
Wichita Falls City Council in the city council chambers in
Memorial Auditorium in Wichita Falls, Texas, at which time all
interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard
concerning the intention of the city council to institute
proceedings to annex the following described tracts of land:
A. That portion of Hilltop Estates Subdivision outside
the boundaries of the existing city limits and all
properties south of Winings Road, as platted in
Hilltop Estates Subdivision, and east of the City
View Independent School District\Wichita Falls
Independent School District boundary line that
lies outside of the existing city limits and
contains 114.90 acres.
B. A 9.24 acre tract of land out of Abstract 367
extending westward from the City View Independent
School District\Wichita Falls Independent School
District boundary line, a distance of 572.9 feet
and extending north from the existing city limit
line to the south ROW of Winings Road.
C. An 11.15 acre tract of land north of FM 890,
inclusive of all right of way plus that area
bounded by the existing city limit line on the
east, the north ROW of FM 890 on the south, the
west ROW of Boddy Street, as platted in Hilltop
Estates Subdivision, extended 200 feet north of
the north ROW of FM 890 on the west, and on the
north 200 feet parallel with the north ROW of FM
890.
SECTION 2. The city clerk is directed to give public notice
of such hearings b y p ublishin g not more than twenty ( 20) days norr
less than ten (10) days prior to the meeting notices thereof one

circulation in the city and in the terr' tory to be •n exed.
