RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AN EASEMENT FOR TEXAS
ELECTRIC SERVICE COMPANY AT THE CYPRESS STREET
WATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has a 3MG above ground steel storage
tank at the Cypress Street Water Treatment Plant, said tank requiring a cathodic
protection unit requiring electric power;
WHEREAS, Texas Electric Service Company has provided an electric service
line to the required location, and needs an easement for the line; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed distribution easement and
right-of-way to be granted to Texas Electric Service Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The proposed distribution easement and right-of-way is approved and
the City Manager is authorized to execute the same.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 5TH DAY OF 'UGUST, 1986.
